33.1ha are classed AOP Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages. 2.6ha are classed AOP Lirac and 32.9 ha are classed IGP.

Perfectly configured around the buildings, the property covers three different types of terrain, rising up from the plains over sandy slopes, then spreading out over a plateau of rolled pebbles.

The entire vineyard has been sustainably farmed for the past 8 years. The vines are globally in good condition, however 8 to 10 ha require replanting in the near future.

Average annual yield is around 3 400 hl.
The wines are sold in bottle and in bulk. To avoid major financial investment with the construction of a winery, an agreement could be readily found for a provision of service for the farming of the vineyard and wine-making.
