The village of North Duffield lies 10 miles or so south east of York and is well placed for access onto the A19 York to Selby Road. Howden is situated some 8 miles to the south and provides a direct link onto the Leeds/Hull M62. North Duffield is built around an extensive Green area which incorporates a landmark village pond. Facilities include a Community Primary School, Village store and the King's Arms Public House. Nearby villages include Skipwith, Bubwith and Escrick and the market town of Selby is within 7 miles. On entering the village from the north ie SkipwIth, follow the right hand bend and Green Lane is a short distance on your right.
