Build the villa of your dreams ! We offer a complete package starting from a simple 2 bedroom villa up to a country mansion. Working with our architects you can design the villa EXACTLY to your requirements and budget. Plots of land are available from 325 sq.m. on which you can build a house up to 250 sq.m. Find a plot of land
We work with you to find a plot of land that meets your needs - whether you are looking for a beach front site , one with a view, something close to town or up in the mountains. There is plenty of land available and (outside of the towns ) you can generally build on any plot larger than an acre (up to 5% coverage), as long as it is not designated as forestry land. |

Draw up the plans
We have experienced architects who have prepared many different styles of villa for our clients, whether you are looking for an island style villa, traditional house with terracotta roof or something more modern ! |

Cost budget
We are able to offer a simple two bedroom villa of 80 sq.m. for only 95,000 euro (excl. taxes and land). |

Building
It normally takes about 12 months for the building to be completed, fitted out and connected to the utilities. We have a team of artisans with whom we have worked for a number of years and can offer our own warranty (apart from that of the architect) that the villa will be completed on time. |

Bank loans
In the current economic climate loans are more difficult to obtain. The maximum loan will not exceed 70% of the project value for most building projects (subject to your income level). |

Fitting out
If you are looking for the villa as simply an investment, then we can also do all the fitting out, purchase all the electrical appliances and furnish the villa. |

Full management package
We have a large number of villas and apartments under management. Depending on your needs we can either simply look after your villa whilst you are not here , or we can rent it out on your behalf |

Garden
The character of a villa can often be established by its garden. We have experts to advise you about the right plants to put in which flourish in our warmer climate, and we can install a complete garden. |
